Thuy (Twee) Lam

Since Thuy was a little girl, she had always been comfortable with money. Along with her knack for numbers and her caring nature, this led Thuy to devote her time to helping people with their finances. Through the journey of servicing thousands of clients, it became clear to her that there was a gap in addressing people’s money concerns. It’s not just about the numbers… Thuy needed to find a new way of delivering money guidance. It happened to be that her long- time friend Marlene was on the same path. In 2014, they co-founded Falcon Lam, where their approach to money combines both the emotional aspect and the number-crunching. This led to the creation of money mentorship programs that empower women with their money. Through these programs, women develop core competencies and skills to ignite their money genius to the next level. Together, Thuy and Marlene are inspiring women to live the life they want, crush their income goals, build flourishing businesses, engage in fulfilling relationships and to make a difference in the lives of families and the causes they care about.
