Her dedication in life is leaving lasting footprints for generations to come and inspiring leadership and growth from within. As a 3rd generation Entrepreneur, Lisa grew up in a number of businesses including motels, hotels, fashion industry, department stores, convenience stores, restaurants, and she assisted in establishing, maintaining and growing these family businesses across Ontario.
Lisa is founder of the Property Princess Team, a team that loves finding places and spaces and building lifestyles and creating communities! The Team focuses on all areas of real estate across the GTA including commercial, residential, leasing, land and investments for over 10 years. The Property Princess Brand recognized by McGraw Hill is studied in business and entrepreneur textbooks. The Property Princess also recognized by the Author of "Attract" for good brands and consistency.
Lisa enjoys giving back to community groups, including serving as Director of TREB Toronto Real Estate Board, the largest real estate board in the world, representing over 50,000 members. Lisa has served many other groups including formally known as CYBF, now known as Futurpreneur for over 14 years as a mentor, coaching and assisting young entrepreneurs build on their dream and business.
Lisa Patel has a diverse background in education from Public administration and Government, to Public Relations, Project Management, Finances, Marketing & communications, Leadership, Teacher of Adults in-which she has continues to use many of her skills sets in past careers and presently.
Lisa is well known for speaking with many organizations , Lisa has spoken about “Human Connections, Entrepreneurship, Women in Business & Judgement. Lisa has spoken at many venues including University of Toronto’s Women in Business Group, Speakers Slam 2018, Royal LePage Signature on Success, WXN Women’s Executive Network, and Ryerson University. In 2008, Ryerson University recognized her as “Top 30 Under 30”, Lisa is a promoter of life long learning.
