Caroline is a passionate storyteller with the desire to use digital media as a force of positive influence. She spent the past eight years composing written and visual content for programs on CTV News Channel, CBC, Rogers TV, and myriad broadcasts and publications in the Greater Toronto Area.
A jack of all trades, she has worked for various Toronto startup companies as a blogger, videographer, producer, and content curator in an effort to increase engagement through her unique approach to storytelling.
Caroline believes that content strategy is also a powerful force that forges meaningful relationships between organizations and consumers. She has assisted in developing user-centred research programs, as well as analyzing data and customer feedback, and translating findings into actionable next steps.
Caroline graduated from Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Journalism degree. She is delighted to bring her insight from the digital world to future events at iLab!
