Morgan found her entrepreneurial spirit at the young age of 19. She always knew she was a little different and always found herself going against the status quo of accepting the 9-5 grind.
With the help of the Community Innovation Lab, Morgan launched IRENIC Fermentation which is a business built around her belief and love for healthy whole foods. Her business idea allowed her to win first place and the grand prize$ in our Durham pitch competition. This allowed Morgan to start her business and with the continued help from iLab has allowed it to run successfully since its startup. IRENIC Fermentation offers workshops, informational classes and needed hardware necessities to ferment your favourite foods in your own home, cutting cost of buying in-store and heightening the fun creative process.
