She strives to foster what’s most important to reveal deepened knowledge, insight, intention and skill for leader-managers and organizational teams.
Lucy brings a laser-like focus to conversations in order to influence a conscious mindset shift on change and adversity from being reactive to being receptive and responsive. She designs programs that creatively activate a shift in perspectives and actions towards mobilizing collaboration, creativity, and actionable results. Lucy empowers courageous dialogues that uncover underlying assumptions and belief systems that impact behaviour, and results.
Lucy ventured into the world of entrepreneurship after an accomplished twenty-five-year career in the corporate world. She developed her skills on both the client and consulting side as a marketing, advertising and brand specialist. She headed Marketing, Account Management and Strategic Planning teams for Rogers Cable Advertising, Unilever, McDonald’s, Nestlé, Carrier, Coca-Cola, MasterCard and Showtime Satellite Pay TV Network and others.
Lucy has led, mentored and coached teams in Canada, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates and Gulf region. She is an International Coach Federation accredited coach certified in Co-Active Coaching, Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching, The Leadership Circle™ and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. She is the Founding Partner of FosterEssence Inc. and LeadingChangeSpecialists, an instructor for UOIT’s Management Development Centre and an experienced facilitator, speaker and published author.
