For week 2 and 3 we had Cheryl May & Brenna come in from the refinery. Oh yeah, and we also moved to the room with windows and the lighting was great!
We really started going in depth and focusing on the business model canvas.
On one side we focused on the big customer value we offer, the channels we use to reach them, and the requirements needed to maintain them. Then on the other side, we focused on our key partners, resources, and activities.
She gave us tangible action points that got us thinking about what we could do to understand what our customers are seeking.
All in all, this really helped us understand our customers, what resources we need in order to serve them, and what relationships we can build in order to help our business grow easier.
And somehow, she was able to do this and make it fun!
